My journey into IT and security began at a young age. I was always fascinated by technology and its potential to solve real-world problems. Before joining Suiderkruis Security, I worked for an online marketing company where I gained valuable experience in various aspects of IT and cybersecurity. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m passionate about using technology to protect people and businesses.
Outside of your professional life, what are some of your hobbies and interests?
I’m an avid reader and enjoy exploring different genres, from science fiction to historical fiction. I also love hiking and spending time outdoors in open-world games.
What do you think are the biggest security threats facing individuals and businesses today?
One of the biggest threats is the rise of sophisticated cyber-attacks, such as ransomware and phishing schemes. These attacks have become more targeted and harder to detect. Additionally, with the increasing number of smart devices, the Internet of Things (IoT) has introduced new vulnerabilities. Data breaches and identity theft remain significant concerns, as personal information is highly valuable to cybercriminals.
